Communications Master-Matrix

The goal is to create a foundational toolkit for the brand's day-to-day communications, ensuring a connection between its platform and current agenda. At this stage, we create a communications master-matrix and adapt it for each target audience. 

 

Stages: 

  • Aligning approved brand themes, values, and target audiences with the client 
  • Identifying key messages for each segment of the matrix 
  • Adapting the master matrix for each target audience 
  • Describing all the cases for using the master-matrix 

Tone of Voice

The goal is to describe the brand's tone of voice that reflects its character and emotional disposition. The tone of voice is formulated by principles of verbal communication, which can be practically represented by specific rules for composing texts on behalf of the brand. 

 

Stages: 

  • Compiling a summary of principles for conducting verbal communication on behalf of the brand 
  • Explaining each principle in the guidelines
